We really enjoyed being able to cook meals, it was 2 miles to the entrance of RMNP. It was clean and we had our own parking spot.
Very responsive host, good location.
I love coming here for a few days of quiet. This is my second time, and I will come back. Comfortable, everything I need in the kitchen, and very easy to settle in and work on writing projects!

The cabin was very cute and very clean. The location is excellent, just a few miles from RMNP in one direction and a few miles from EP in the other. The only issue I had was the walls/ceilings/floors are paper thin. We were in cabin 21 on the bottom and I could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs. I could hear full conversations. Everything. Made for a very difficult sleep when the people above us were up from 4am onward just walking around etc. also wanted to mention I thought this place was locally owned and run by a company but I do not think that is the case.
Very nice place located in beautiful quiet surroundings. Close to everything in Estes park.
We could not have been happier both our stay at Amberwood. The host had great communication and was very kind. The room itself was very clean and organized and so cozy. We loved every aspect of our stay. Book with Amberwood, you won’t be sorry!
Great place and cozy get away, specially being in the mountains , Estes Park was amazing
Location, clean, no noise ~
Great stay! Such an incredible spot. Very clean, responsive, and comfy. Went here for a writing retreat, and had a great time. Going back.

Fall River Road has access to Rocky Mountain National Park's north entrance and is lined on each side of the street with cabins and resorts. Even so, this area is in the remote Rocky Mountains and feels very secluded. We often have wild animals such as deer and elk on our property. The easiest way to get around is by car. You do not need four wheel drive to access the property. There is free parking near the cabin. We are only minutes from one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. The roads in Amberwood are paved and may be slick when it is icy or snowy. We do our best to keep them clear for you!
