The property is off the County road and is plowed regularly. 4-wheel drive is recommended in snowy months (Oct - April). Driveway is plowed in snowy months and the cleaner shovels the front steps/access to the front door. It may snow again before your arrival and you might have to shovel the front steps. Guest Requirements Prior to Booking: ** Must be at least 21 years old and have completed Airbnb's ID verification ** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old ** Only one pet (dog is allowed): $150 Pet Fee ** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process.
